Within each project, our team of experts partner with you to execute all planning, designing, architectural engineering, permitting, and construction to achieve your dream home.

Gonzalo Archiles was born and raised in Castellon de la Plana, Spain, which boasts one of the world’s largest exports for luxury ceramic tiles. As a global leader in innovation, design, manufacturing of high quality, trend-setting tile, kitchen, and bath products it was only natural Gonzalo sought a career in design and construction.

Junior Project Manager

From a young age, Sam was exposed to the construction industry through his family owned construction and civil engineering companies. It was only a matter of time before his own passion ignited and motivated him to pursue a career in custom home building. Sam grew up in Irvine, CA and is a graduate of the University of Arizona.

Junior Project Manager

From a young age, Sam was exposed to the construction industry through his family owned construction and civil engineering companies. It was only a matter of time before his own passion ignited and motivated him to pursue a career in custom home building.

Sam grew up in Irvine, CA and is a graduate of the University of Arizona holding a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate Development. Leveraging his education, previous experience and his singular focus to serve his clients, Sam is a trusted advisor, friend, and is considered family to many. Sam enjoys spending time with family and friends, the beach, golfing, cooking, and Los Angeles’ diverse culinary scene.

As a Junior Project Manager at Villa Blanca Homes, Sam is involved in all aspects of the building process from conception to completion, so that all construction details are executed seamlessly.

Sam’s top priority is our clients, ensuring all elements and stages of the project are delivered on time while exceeding customer expectations.

Gonzalo Archiles

Founder/Project Manager

Gonzalo Archiles was born and raised in Castellon de la Plana, Spain, which boasts one of the world’s largest exports for luxury ceramic tiles. As a global leader in innovation, design, manufacturing of high quality, trend-setting tile, kitchen, and bath products it was only natural Gonzalo sought a career in design and construction. Gonzalo toured the US teaching elite design companies about the newest products coming from Spain.

Upon returning from a business trip, he met his future wife, an Angeleno, who was vacationing in Barcelona. Without skipping a beat, Gonzalo moved to Los Angeles to marry and build a family with his wife. This is when he gained experience in project management specializing in high-end designs and remodels of residential homes. Later, he received his general contracting license and decided to utilize his extensive experience and entrepreneurial drive to open Villa Blanca Homes, a boutique custom renovations company.
